Crafting an Elegant Online Presence.
Overview
Ettinger, a prestigious leather goods brand and official supplier to the British Royal Family, tasked us with building a website from scratch to showcase their products. The goal was to create a simple, elegant, and clear online experiencethat reflected the brand’s heritage while appealing to a mature, high end audience.
The Challenge
The main challenge was to convey the luxury and craftsmanship of Ettinger’s products while maintaining usability. I needed to translate the physical experience of their premium leather goods into an online environment and ensure the website was intuitive for older users with high expectations.
The Process
I began by collaborating closely with the client, visiting their production process, and understanding their brand story firsthand. This allowed me to create an authentic digital representation of their products, emphasizing quality and detail.
I structured the website with clean navigation and clear product presentation, making it easy for users to browse categories like wallets, briefcases, and accessories. Visual hierarchy, typography, and subtle interactions were designed to reflect elegance while supporting a smooth user experience.
